Founded in 2008, Central Penn Senior Placement is a free consulting service for Assisted Living Placement. The founder, Carrie Clair RN, is a 1995 graduate of St. Joseph's School of Nursing, Lancaster. Since graduating, the focus of her career has been in Geriatrics, Home Health, and Hospice Nursing.

For as long as Carrie can remember, she has always had a love for Senior Citizens. At the age of 15, her nursing career began as a nursing assistant in a local facility in Elizabethtown. She enjoyed taking care of the residents and mostly listening to the many stories they told. Her lifelong dream was to someday provide a service to the people that captivated her at such an early age.

Carrie was inspired to start a consulting business after she received several phone calls from friends who valued her personal and professional opinion. They were inquiring about her recommendation for an Assisted Living Facility for their loved ones. Before long she turned her lifelong dream into a reality and Central Penn Senior Placement was born.

Carrie is proud to offer this service at no cost to families throughout Central Pennsylvania. She feels the families & their loved ones deserve the very best and that is exactly what they will get working with Central Penn Senior Placement.
